  • How do we purchase for the first time?

    • If you are in a tax exempt state, you will need to submit a copy of your tax exempt certificate for the first order, along with a purchase order.


  • What do I do if my invoice is incorrect?

    • If you have a mistake on your invoice, please call your account rep. Please have a copy of the invoice and the purchase order available when calling.


  • Do you offer rebates?

    • We do not offer any rebates on copy paper at this time. Please check the office and classroom information for any rebates on specific items through this link.


  • Do you advertise in school papers or support school functions?

    • As much as we would love to support all of our customers, we simply can not choose between them all. We understand the lack of funds in today’s schools and support that by offering the best pricing that we can on all of our products.


  • Do you sell in reams or packages?

    • We only sell in full cases of the same product, size and color. We do not mix cases; this helps to keep prices low and minimize product damage.


  • Do you sell less than truckloads?

    • We can sell any quantity down to a case minimum. Our pricing is based on the quantity ordered. We encourage full pallets to maximize the best shipping and pricing but you may order in any quantity that you desire.


  • Where are your warehouses?

    • We have 19 warehouses across the US that can service all 48 continental states. We are continuously updating our logistic model to improve shipping times and costs.
